Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nomadlogy Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales ([company number]), [registered address], which runs AIJobSubmit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

AIJobSubmit helps you write resumes and cover letters, check them against job descriptions, find jobs and track your applications. Some features use AI. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and give a valid email address. Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the content you add (your resumes, letters, notes and files). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You must have the right to upload anything you add, and it must not be unlawful.

AI output

AI suggestions can be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking everything before you send it to an employer. Do not include false information in your applications. We design the AI to use only facts you provide, but we cannot guarantee it will always do so.

Job listings

Job listings come from third parties, including Adzuna. We don't employ, recommend or vouch for any employer, and we aren't responsible for listings' accuracy or for any hiring decision. Applications you make through employers' sites are between you and them.

Plans, payment and cancellation

• The Free plan is free, with the limits shown on our pricing page.
• Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing page; Pro continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Apply Pack credits are a one-off purchase and don't expire. A credit is used when an assisted application is made. If an application fails on our side, the credit is returned.
• Your right to cancel (UK consumers): you can cancel within 14 days of first buying Pro or credits for a full refund, unless you have already used the paid features or credits, in which case we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you used. To ask, use the contact page.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, get around limits, access other people's data, or use it to send spam or misleading applications.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or hiring outcomes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
